Accessing your Organizations

All data (requests, assessments, findings, reports, etc.) are grouped under an Organization. Before you can perform any operations on Portal, or access any data, your user account must be associated with an Organization. If you are not assigned to an Organization, you will see the following error:

Note

If you find yourself without access to an Organization, contact your Portal Administrator so they can add you to the correct one.

Once you’ve been granted access to an Organization, you will see any related data you have access to, along with the New Request button:

If you have access to more than one Organization, you will also be able to view the different Organizations in the drop down menu:
