Substitution variables¶
The intention of the substitution variables are to provide field mappings to common values one might want to use in the WYSIWYG editors. This is especially useful for pre-canned content, where you might want to have a generic write-up automatically adapted based on the client you’re dealing with.
The substitution variables will be replaced with a more expressive and scalable template language in an upcoming release.
